What this is
Two-week residential summer schools for teens 12–17, hosted at UK boarding schools including Eton College and Dulwich College, and in a University of Oxford college. Courses lean pre-university: medicine, business, leadership, science, humanities and English.
Each school has its own focus: a business simulation at Eton, Future Doctors and Future Scientists at Headington School in Oxford, a Mini-MBA on the coast at Earlscliffe in Folkestone, and faculty-style courses at Dukes Cambridge. Sessions run late June through August, with four-week options at most schools, and students need intermediate (B1) English. Summer Boarding Courses has run since 2008, welcoming students from 155 countries.
Best fit for teens who want a head start on university subjects alongside an international peer group.
