Bede's Summer School

A British Council-accredited residential summer program in Sussex, England, with over 40 years of operation. Bede's welcomes international students ages 6–20 for immersive English language instruction alongside specialist tracks — including football coached in partnership with Chelsea FC, tennis, performing arts, and academic English. Your child lives on campus for the duration of their session, with structured days that blend language classes with sport, creative activities, and excursions across the English countryside. The specialist tracks set Bede's apart — a young footballer can train under Chelsea FC methodology while improving their English, and a budding performer can take the stage in a real production. Four decades of British Council accreditation mean the teaching standards are independently verified every year. Sessions run £1,400–1,800 per week. Sussex is about 90 minutes south of London, with easy access from both Gatwick and Heathrow airports.
