What this is
Two-week residential camps at two Oxford prep schools, built around independence and new friendships. Camp Dragon (ages 8–12) at the Dragon School teaches through play; Camp Headington (ages 10–14) pairs hands-on STEM with outdoor adventure.
Both run 15 hours of learning a week in English (A2 level and up) alongside activities and excursions: Legoland, Warwick Castle and Oxford for Camp Dragon; the London Science Museum and a raft-building challenge for Camp Headington. Students live in purpose-built boarding accommodation, and roommates are paired across native languages, so English is spoken all day. Sessions run late June through mid-August. Summer Boarding Courses has run since 2008.
For international kids 8–14 ready for two weeks away, with English as the common language.
