A long-season family hub in a gated seaside complex in Portugal's Algarve, run by founder Katarina for worldschooling, homeschooling, and traveling families.
The Algarve season runs October through May, and families join for a week or stay the whole stretch. Mornings are your own; afternoons bring an optional community meetup — surfing, sea caves, coastal hikes, waterfalls, paddleboarding, dolphin watching — plus mums' and dads' gatherings and pizza nights. Families book their own apartment at Herdade dos Salgados, a short walk from the beach, and paid excursions are optional. A September hub in Sardinia is also planned.
Best fit for families who want to slow down by the sea for a season, with ready-made friends for the kids.
