What this is
International adventure and sports camps across Germany, England, and Spain — running since 2002. Camp Adventure offers week-long residential sessions for ages 7–17, with activities like horse riding, canoeing, archery, arts and crafts, and nature exploration. Starting from €365 per week.
### Camp Locations
**Lüneburger Heide, Germany** Set in one of northern Germany's most beautiful nature reserves — a vast landscape of heathlands, forests, and wildlife. The Lüneburg Heath is about an hour south of Hamburg. Camp activities take full advantage of the terrain: hiking, canoeing, orienteering, and nature exploration. A quieter, more immersive setting for kids who thrive outdoors.
**Bayerischer Wald (Bavarian Forest), Germany** Deep in Germany's oldest national park, on the Czech border. Dense forests, mountain streams, and wildlife (this is one of the few places in Europe where lynx roam free). The camp here leans into genuine wilderness — think forest skills, wildlife tracking, and mountain hikes. Munich is the nearest major airport, about 2.5 hours away.
**Schloss Gadow, Germany** A castle camp — literally. Set in a historic estate in rural Brandenburg, northeast of Hamburg. The castle grounds provide the base for outdoor adventures: archery, horse riding, campfires, and lake swimming. Berlin is about 2 hours east. The setting gives this location a fairy-tale quality that younger campers especially love.
**Bath and London, England** A two-city English experience. Bath offers Roman ruins, Georgian architecture, and rolling countryside. London adds world-class museums, landmarks, and city exploration. This location blends cultural immersion with outdoor adventure — ideal for families who want their kids to experience England beyond a textbook.
**Cornwall and London, England** Cornwall's dramatic coastline — surf beaches, clifftop paths, and fishing villages — paired with time in London. This is the adventurous English option: coasteering, surfing, beach sports, and coastal hiking in Cornwall, with the cultural richness of London on the bookend.
**Barcelona, Spain** Mediterranean sun, Gaudí architecture, and beach culture. The Barcelona camp combines water sports, city exploration, and cultural activities against one of Europe's most vibrant backdrops. The closest to a "city + beach" camp experience in the Camp Adventure lineup.
