Embassy Camps — Family Camp Malaysia

What this is

A two-week family camp split between Kuala Lumpur and Borneo, Malaysia — parents and kids travel together, pairing English classes with city tours, temples, and a jungle side trip.

The session runs from late July into mid-August, for kids 9 and up. Mornings are English classes (20 hours a week); afternoons bring excursions and sport, and evenings close with team-building quests. In Borneo, families visit the Orangutan Rehabilitation Center and trek the jungle to spot proboscis monkeys. Stays are in 4-star hotels with two meals a day. The host, Embassy Alliance Travel Group, was established in 2005.
